Party Poker Bans Online Poker Software Programs

Party Poker has made the decision to ban all online poker software which keeps any type of statistics on the players who play there. The other night I was playing at Party Poker and a screen showed up saying that I was using a program that gave me "an unfair advantage" over other players. Unfair advantage?? How is knowing some simple statistics about your players an "unfair advantage"? And on top of that, Party Poker says that they can confisgate the money in your account if you do not stop using the software! Boy, it sure sounds to me like they are beginning to get greedy now that they have about 50% of the online poker marketshare, with several online poker rooms trailing behind.

Party Poker, bah humbug! I think I'm going to start playing at PokerRoom more often now thanks to this Privacy Invasion.
